Yesterday, on July 14, we had the 2nd runway challenge for the MISS & MR SL YoungStar 2018 Pageant. For this challenge, the candidates were instructed to choose a painting or sculpture to become inspired by, research the person in the painting, style an outfit inspired by the fashion in the painting worn by the person depicted, update it to the trends of 2017-2018, and use at least 2 primary and/or secondary colors. In addition, they also needed a quote made by the person depicted in the painting or sculpture. Full challenge details will be linked below of course too. This was such a fun and interesting challenge, we saw so many great works of art, and the YoungStars showed true creativity in their ensembles. They all did a great job and I can't wait to see what comes next! I'd also like to thank Giz Seorn, who provided this beautiful dress for me to wear during the show! The next YoungStar show will be the Grand Finale, where we'll find out which of them will be the next MISS & MR SL YoungStar, held on July 28, at 10am SLT!
