On Saturday, January 26th, we had the First Live Audition for the MISS SL 2019 Pageant. The response and interest was incredible, and the lag was certainly proof of it! The ladies were asked to style and pose a Casual Chic outfit suitable for the Winter months, and they all did really well! So well in fact, that all of the ladies who walked made it in as official candidate! Huge congrats to them all! Today was the Press Presentation for the MISS SL 2018 Pageant, which means we have the Grand Finale next! Hard to believe it's only 2 more weeks before we have a new reigning MISS SL! The ladies today were each given a beautiful kimono with matching geta designed specially by Gabriel for the Press Presentation. There were 3 designs they could choose from, and they were instructed to style it and make all the ladies want it. They all did a really great job today, and responded well under the pressure of the Q&A round as well! I can't wait to see who will be crowned MISS SL 2018, the competition is certainly fierce! The Grand Finale is scheduled for May 26, 2018 at 10am SLT.

Rissa and I also got to wear the new Beni kimono in the simpler patterns, but of course, no less gorgeous.
