As they say in New Orleans, Laissez les bons temps rouler! For those of you who doesn't know what this means, it translates to Let the good times roll, and is a very popular saying especially around Mardi Gras. During Mardi Gras, there's so many parades and parties, you basically have to buy the parade guide to be able to plan routes around the parades to get around in New Orleans and the surrounding areas. There were many times when I was there that we accidentally got stuck behind a parade route, and the best thing to do since you won't get through for hours is to park the car and enjoy the parade! So in honor of Mardi Gras today, and the end of the carnival period, I'm all dressed up in purple, green and gold! And I absolutely LOVE these nails from Dark Passions - Koffin Nails! OMG I'm actually blogging this on the day it happened! It must be a blessing from the Gods, LOL! So that being said, today was the 2nd challenge for the MR SL 2017 Pageant, and wow is it a neat one too! The guys were told to research the Gods of their countries and style based on one, as every culture has one or more God, especially ancient cultures, it's very fun to see what they come up with.
