On February 9th we had the 7th ever FASHICON Competition Show, and the theme was Fifty Shades of Grey! FASHICON is a monthly challenge, which will determine who will be the FASHICON of the month, and eventually lead up to FASHICON of the year! Everyone is free to join as many or few as they want, and it's a clean slate each month.

Today we had the Press Presentation for the MR SL 2020 pageant... goodness how time flies by... only one more week until we crown the winner! For this Press Presentation, the Misters were given a blazer to style as they see fit, with various color choices they could choose from, and boy we saw some great styles ranging from a more casual perspective, to more formal, and even unique ideas, and each one did fabulously. They were also given a random question from a random judges present, and we were able to learn just a little bit more about how each of these amazing guys think.

For this show, Rissa and I got to wear the beautiful new Winter Gown by Just Because that is currently available at Uber. It truly made me feel like a Winter Princess, and I love this gown SO much! And there's so many color choices too!

The next show will be the MR SL 2020 Grand Finale, scheduled for Saturday, December 14, at 10am SLT. It will be the most epic of all the previous MR SL 2020 shows! Who will be crowned the winner of MR SL 2020? Be there to find out!

On Saturday, October 12th we had the 1st Runway Challenge for the MR SL 2020 Pageant, and as usual, it did not disappoint! For this challenge, the contestants were instructed to research Minimal Chic male fashion for the autumn/winter season and then style an outfit inspired by their research, using all and only the colors of their assigned country's flag in the fabric of their clothing.

On Saturday, October 5th we had the 2nd Live Audition for the MR SL 2020 Pageant, and as usual, it did not disappoint! Sixteen men (13 new aspirants and 3 returning from the last audition) walked, showing us their favorite outfits and giving us a hint about who they are, and the judges loved them all, and they all made it in to be official candidates for the pageant! A HUGE congrats from me to all of them for a job well done!

Now the fun begins... all candidates are selected, and will have 3 runway challenges, 2 photo challenges, live interviews, and press presentation all leading up to the grand finale, where we find out who will be MR SL 2020.
